Return Policy

We’re bummed if you’re not satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Returned items must comply with our returns policy
To be Eligible for a Return / Exchange Request

  1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  2. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way and/or put in a dryer for any reason.
  3. The item(s) must also not in smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way.
  4. All original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.
  5. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  6. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  7. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  8. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Vashior products.

We Do Accept Returns in These Cases:

  • You receive an incorrect item
  • Part of your order is missing from the package.
  • Damaged/poor quality printed item
  • Wrong item (wrong design, wrong product type)
  • Wrong size item (we sent the wrong item with the one you ordered)
  • Item has not arrived within 30 days for US order or 60 days for international order
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a return for items on sale of more than 50%

We Do not Accept Returns in These Cases:

  • You have chosen a wrong size, wrong color and wrong type of t-shirt .
  • You can’t cancel your order if it was placed 12 hours ago

*Please note there are a few Vashior items which, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on, unless the product is unopened and in a resaleable condition. This is simply for hygiene reasons – we hope you understand. These are:

  • Wireless and Strapless bra
  • Replacement wing tape for backless, strapless bra
  • Clear back bra
  • Stick & clip bra
  • Lace up bra
  • Stick on thong
  • Socks & hosiery
  • Beachwear
  • Bikini

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

To Process Your Exchange or Returns

  1. Place the product in it original packaging and take a picture
  2. Please send us 1 email to [email protected] with the subject “Request Exchange / Returns for Order ### (Your Order Number)” with the description of your problem. Please attach the picture of the product that you just took along with the email.
  3. We’ll notify the approval or rejection and the detail on how to proceed the return via email. Please note that we will not accept returning item without prior approval.
  4. Please allow us 5-10 business days to receive and process your returned products. After we’ve received your returned product, a credit will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase.

Return Fee

Return shipping cost aren’t the responsibility of the Vashior. Return Fee is 10% Order Price (Minus Shipping Fee)
